Workshop Policies
Registration: All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the workshop receive full credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations within 3 days may receive credit only if the spot can be filled. You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
No-shows: If you do not attend the workshop, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit.
Minimum enrollment: Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
Age requirements: Participants 12 years and older may attend independently. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. If a participant is under 6, please contact us at contact@glynastudio.com before registering.
Arrival time: Workshops begin at the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in.
Finished work & pickup: Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 4–6 weeks after the workshop. Participants will be notified by email when work is ready.
